Check Valves

Inline Check Valve (2 Port)

HCV has a large range of Inline Check Valves available to suit flow rates from low to 640LPM.  Manifolds are available in Aluminium or Cast Iron with a wide range of Port Locations and layouts. 6 different Bias Springs to choose from across the range (4psi - 100psi).

Inline Check Valve (4 Port)

4 Port Inline Check Valves can be used to protect single direction motors during run down.  HCV has a large range of 4 Port Inline Check Valves available to suit flow rates from low to 320LPM.  Manifolds are available in Aluminium or Cast Iron. 6 different Bias Springs to choose from across the range (4psi - 100psi).

Pilot to Close Checks

These valves act as a conventional check which allows flow from Port 1 to Port 2 and no flow from Port 2 to Port 1, however when a Pilot pressure is supplied to Port 3 flow can be blocked both ways (pressure dependant from Port 1 to 2).  These valves can be used in Cylinder Regeneration systems or as unloaders etc.  Available in capacities from low to 1200LPM and port sizes from 1/4" to 1&1/2" BSPP.

Shuttle Valves

These shuttle valves are used to sense the higher of two input pressures, such as in load sensing applications or brake release circuits. They will allow pilot signal to decay back to source.  Available in Aluminium and Cast Iron with 1/4" or 3/8" BSPP Ports.

4 Port Shuttle

These shuttle valves are used to sense the higher of two input pressures, such as in load sensing applications or brake release circuits. They will allow pilot signal to decay back to source.  The 4 main ports are drilled through which saves on using "T" fittings.  Available in 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" and 3/4" Ports (Signal port is 1/4" or 7/16" UN).

Triple Shuttle

These triple shuttle valves are used to sense the higher of four input pressures, such as in load sensing applications with 2 double acting spools. They will allow pilot signal to decay back to source.  All ports are 1/4" BSPP.
